Charles leads Marketing Strategy and Business Development for D2. With a strong background in marketing, lead generation, project management, and business operations, he truly takes a holistic view of a company’s goals and develops the strategies to best achieve those goals. His 20 years of experience includes working on experience campaigns, trade shows, print, and omni-channel marketing campaigns with organizations including DHL, Alaska Marine Lines, Visit Seattle, City of Seattle, CHI Franciscan, Starbucks, Reebok, Port of Seattle, Seattle Tacoma Airport, MBTA. Microsoft, Sodexho, SNC Lavalin, and other firms around the globe.
Charles is a client advocate who takes the time to understand client needs, budgets, and key benchmarks for success. By partnering with clients, he can best understand the best strategy to reach target audiences, select the right channels, and deliver messaging in a collaborative relationship. Before D2 Creative, Charles was the Marketing Practice Leader/Partner with Marshall Marketing working with over 400 various global corporate clients and public agencies.
He has a bachelor's degree in Psychology & Law from Boston College along with PMP Certification and an associate's degree in Risk Management and Information Technology He is Google-certified in Google Ads, digital marketing, and analytics. Charles is a Veteran who served in the US Navy.
